# Bästa knoparna för preppare

”Scaffold hitch” heter den på engelska, vilket på svenska blir ungefär byggnadsställnings-lift (eller hiss) om man översätter det till vad den kan användas till snarare än exakt vad det betyder på svenska. 

Tänk dig att du behöver komma upp i ett träd: 

1. Kasta repet över en gren. 

2. Sätt foten i öglan på brädan. 

3. Häng i repet medan du lättar trycket på foten så att öglan åker upp. 

4. Tryck dig uppåt med benet i öglan, ta tag längre upp på repet och gör om samma manöver tills du är uppe.
